1. Overview

At Xlexironshuz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of products purchased from our Website.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU and Netherlands)

As a consumer in the European Union and the Netherlands, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Dutch implementation thereof (Burgerlijk Wetboek Book 7 and related regulations).

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) physically acquires the goods.

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to:

You may use the following withdrawal form template, but it is not obligatory:

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must not be damaged or tampered with
  • Return request must be submitted before shipping the product back

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (due to hygiene and health reasons)
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period

4. Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with return shipping instructions
  3. Ship the Product: Send the product back to us at the provided address
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned product
  5. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless the product was:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrectly shipped (wrong product)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • The original product price will be refunded (excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error)

6.2 Refund Timing

After the refund is processed, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs

8. Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Do not open the product
  • We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and cover return shipping

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

10. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Contact us immediately at message@xlexironshuz.world with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
